Laura, seen here with two trainee doctors in Paraguay. She worked with the team for four years and is an enthusiastic teacher.

2006-7 Sally (Orthoptist)
Sally has just spent her second visit to South America. As well as treating patients she enjoys teaching in class and in a practical setting.

Pippa (A HR manager) did the preliminary work for a "Cost of Blindness" study to show that it is cheaper to treat blind people than to support them.
Helena (A gap year student) produced a photo diary of our work.
